Individual Therapy
I work with adults 18 and older in both telehealth and in-person settings, offering a space to slow down and explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Individual therapy is an opportunity to turn inward with curiosity — to understand the protective patterns that may have once served you well but are now getting in the way of the life and relationships you want. Together, we work toward connecting with more vulnerable parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, shifting long-standing emotional habits, and building the self-awareness that makes meaningful change possible. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply feeling stuck in patterns you can't quite shake, therapy can help you communicate more clearly, relate to others more fully, and move through the world with greater ease and intention.
