Mandala
The Sanskrit word loosely translated to mean "circle," a mandala represents wholeness, healing, and unity. Psychoanalyst Carl Jung re-introduced the concept of mandala creating as a way of establishing balance and finding self-unity.  Creating a mandala can be a meditative experience and can represent anything you choose.  Mandalas can be created from scratch with just a simple circle, but many websites also offer already made mandalas for coloring.   Click here to color online or print designs.  Click here for mandalas for children.

The War of Art
by Steven Pressfield
While this book is about overcoming Resistance to create art, it's applications can be found throughout life.  I highly recommend this book to those searching to overcome.
